Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 22, 2026
Ironwood Digital LLC (“Ironwood Digital”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and a network of related lead-generation websites. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your information.
By using this website or submitting information through any form on this website, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit a request for a quote, callback, or other service through this website, we collect:
- Identifying information: full name, email address, phone number, and physical address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- Inquiry details: information specific to your request — for example, for insurance: vehicles, drivers, current coverage; for home improvement: property type and project scope
- Consent records: a record of the disclosure language you saw at the time of your submission, your TCPA consent confirmation, the timestamp of consent, and a third-party consent certification token (TrustedForm)
When you visit any page on this website (whether or not you submit a form), we automatically collect:
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time on page
- Session identifiers: a randomly-generated session identifier stored in your browser for the duration of your visit
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have collected information from someone under 18, please contact us through our Privacy Request Form so we can delete it.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Match you with one or more service providers, lead buyers, or contractors who can fulfill your request
- Communicate with you about your request, including by phone call, text message, and email — subject to the consent you provide at the time of your submission
- Operate, maintain, and improve our websites
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and spam
3. Who We Share Information With
We share your inquiry information with the parties below. Categories of partners are listed by function rather than only by individual entity, because the specific partner that receives a given inquiry depends on which form you submitted, your location, and which partners are accepting inquiries at the time.
Lead buyers and service providers. We share inquiry data with lead aggregators and service providers so they can contact you and fulfill your request. Our current and anticipated partners include SmartFinancial (auto insurance) and Modernize (home improvement). We may add or remove partners over time. By submitting a form, you consent to having your information shared with one or more such partners.
Hosting and infrastructure. Our websites and databases are hosted on Vercel and Supabase. These providers process your information solely to operate the technical infrastructure of our websites; they do not use it for their own purposes.
Consent certification. We use ActiveProspect / TrustedForm to capture an independent third-party record of your form submission, including the page you saw, the language you consented to, and the time of submission. This is an industry-standard fraud-prevention and TCPA-defense tool.
AI content generation. We use Anthropic’s Claude API to generate the editorial content on our websites (articles, page copy). No user-submitted lead information is sent to Anthropic. Only general topic information (e.g., a state name or a service category) is used to generate page content.
Legal compliance. We may share information when required to do so by law, court order, or other legal process; when necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users or the public; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our business.
Aggregated or de-identified information. We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any purpose.
We do not sell your personal information for direct monetary payment. However, the sharing of your inquiry information with lead-buyer partners may be considered a “sale” or “share” under California law. See Section 5 below and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Lead inquiry data is typically retained for at least seven (7) years to support TCPA defense and recordkeeping requirements.
5. Your Rights
California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) gives you the following rights:
- The right to know what personal information we have collected about you
- The right to delete personal information we have about you
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information we have about you
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information
- The right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights
To submit any of these requests, please use our Privacy Request Form. We will respond within forty-five (45) days. See our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for more information about your California rights.
All other users. Regardless of where you live, you may submit a request to access, delete, or correct your information through our Privacy Request Form.
6. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards including HTTPS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and role-based access controls to protect the information we collect. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Third-Party Links
Our websites may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Material changes will be posted on this page; please check periodically.
